ESTE 31 DE OCTUBRE EL TC VERA CASO DE ACCION DE INCONSTITUCIONALIDAD DE LA LEY 29944 PRESENTADA POR EL COMITÉ DE LUCHA DE LAS BASES DEL SUTEP

COMITÉ NACIONAL DE LUCHA DEL SUTEP

COMUNICADO

El COMITÉ NACIONAL DE LUCHA DEL SUTEP dirigido por el Prof. Zenón Pantoja Fernández hace llegar un saludo de clase a todos los maestros del Perú.

Pone del conocimiento de los maestros de base de la región Arequipa, que  el Tribunal Constitucional ha fijado fecha de LA VISTA DE CAUSA  de la acción de inconstitucionalidad interpuesta por  el Comité de Lucha, para el VIERNES 31 DE OCTUBRE, EN LA CIUDAD  DE AREQUIPA. Por tanto, se invoca a realizar acto de presencia y plantón magisterial frente a la sede del TC.
